A special form of "pick and place" tasks with robots is the so-called "bin picking". This refers to the robot-assisted selection of individual objects that are arranged chaotically in a bin (bulk goods). By using robots in production, which capture and select individual items with the help of additional image capture and recognition software, we optimize manufacturing and production processes.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Products that are in containers (bulk material) such as forged parts, bent parts, milled parts. Die-cast parts and various blanks can be removed from the container (unordered components) fully automatically and positioned precisely. This allows the components to be transferred or fed to all subsequent processes.
